Sonia Dell

Director/Executive Sales Consultant

In 2007, Sonia Dell launched Southern Cross Investment Properties, to share her knowledge about investing and help clients across Australia reach their financial goals.

 

Early in her career, Sonia worked in the customer service industry, but wanted to learn about investing in real estate. She went to a property investment seminar and not only did she find out how to invest for herself, it became a passion she was determined to share with others.

 

Sonia became a property sales consultant, working for several large investment companies and managing more than 100 clients a year. She had great success in those corporate roles, but realised the big companies were lacking something very significant – attention to providing excellent client care during the whole journey.

 

Determined to make clients the focus of her attention she launched her own business. Using this primarily customer-focused model it has achieved excellent results and has enabled Sonia to continue to educate more people to the benefits that investing in property can offer.

Rhys Cooper

Rhys joined our team with a love for property and a passion for helping people achieve their goals. 

Being a successful investor himself, Rhys experiences first hand the journey our clients are on and is able to not only teach new clients the process but also ensure existing clients are staying on the right path to ensure they continue purchasing the right property. 

After working as the Client Liaison for 2 years and showing great understanding of the process and strong communication skills, Rhys was promoted up into Sales.

 

Rhys will take you through the first leg of your journey with Southern Cross starting from your first appointment making sure you are satisfied and understand the goal that you are working towards when you sign with Southern Cross Investment Properties

He works very closely with you as well as finance brokers, solicitors and Real Estate AGents/Vendors getting the contracts ready and making sure your solicitor and finance broker has received all necessary documentation.

Kye Young - Client Care

A Qualified Carpenter by Trade, Kye Young brings to Southern Cross Investment Properties nearly a decade of Experience in Real Estate.

 

Kye's role ensures that the relationship with clients continues after the purchasing process to tenancy and beyond, ensuring nothing is mixed to maximise the portfolio's returns and performance.This includes following up Property Managers, Accountants and Brokers for you. 

By travelling and visiting client's properties throughout the year, owners are able to get the advice of a property investor about adding value to their existing properties on top of the reports owners receive from their Property Managers. 

Alesha McLeod - Administration Manager

After the initial contact with our consultants, Alesha will ensure you keep moving forward by following up documents relevant to the property you are buying as well as organise any appointments you may require.

 

Frequent communication ensures all deadlines are met and that is a great quality in Alesha, you will never be left in the dark.
